ABOUT US
RISE Philadelphia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing personalized academic support to elementary, middle, and high school students in Philadelphia and South Jersey. Created by a group of PA and NJ medical students in 2020 to support public students in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, RISE Philadelphia is continuing to grow and adapt to the needs of our students and community.
Our ongoing mission is to connect K-12 students in Philadelphia and South Jersey with local graduate students for one-on-one tutoring, mentorship, and college application support.
